The role will involve working in a busy environment, handling a range of public, client, and professional enquiries. The successful candidate will also have the ability to travel to locations across Kent in a timely and efficient manner.

Person SpecificationThe successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Level 3 qualification (A-Level, City & Guilds Level 3/ NVQ/ QCF Diploma or certificate of care / Advanced apprenticeship) and/or equivalent experience Functional Skills at Level 2 (Literacy and numeracy/GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths)
- Experience of working on own initiative Work (paid or voluntary) in a community setting 1 years' experience in a health or social care setting
- Knowledge and experience of caring for, and empowering others respectfully Basic knowledge of the principles of health promotion / improvement / inequalities / risk and the wider determinants of health Know how to find out about local services and how to support individuals to use them
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise own work and use own initiative Be able to travel to locations across Kent in a timely and efficient manner Be able to account for and manage own resources and those of others associated to the service and have an awareness of own limitations Good IT skills
