Work Location: Hybrid role with travel to various sites as needed.

Working Hours: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare precise cost estimates for a variety of projects within the portfolio.
  • Compile and present proposal submissions with relevant data.
  • Source and evaluate costs from specialized subcontractors.
  • Conduct site visits as necessary to support the bidding process.
  • Maintain and update the Pipeline Reporting System, contributing to business development reports.
  • Manage submitted tenders and assist in the preparation of tender responses.
  • Assess performance against contractual obligations.
  • Identify and recommend cost-saving measures in line with contractual commitments.
  • Engage with client organizations, providing insightful reports and proactive information.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualifications: HNC/HND or equivalent.
  • Experience in Data Centre projects is preferred.
  • Background in an Estimating role within the Construction or Facilities Management sector.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Relevant estimating experience with a main contractor.
  • Proficient in IT applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Valid driving license for site travel.
