Role Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented team leader to join our People Solutions division in London. In this position, you will oversee a team of analysts who assist consultants in managing employee benefits programs for corporate clients, which encompass private healthcare, group risk, and wellness initiatives, all within a vibrant and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of analysts to enhance client relationships, conduct benefit assessments, manage administration, and address inquiries
  • Clearly communicate and implement processes across the team
  • Oversee workload distribution, advocate for best practices, and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Facilitate process and system improvements with an emphasis on operational efficiency
  • Provide support in resolving errors and disputes, maintain updated documentation, and perform quality assurance checks
  • Generate client reports, manage scheme financials, and assist with consulting initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, oversee claims, and manage underwriting activities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with employee and scheme membership inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the insurance or intermediary sector, particularly in private healthcare and group risk
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
