About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Manor House Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents with mental health needs
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment that promotes dignity and well-being
Requirements
  • Level 2 NVQ Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience working in mental health care, with a focus on supporting male patients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Contracted hours of 42 per week, with opportunities for day and night shifts
