Job Overview:

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of cases within the Wills and Probate sector. Your role will involve providing expert legal guidance to clients on matters such as Wills, Trusts, and Probate.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee your individual caseload in Wills & Probate.
  • Act as a representative of the firm, communicating effectively with clients and team members.
  • Deliver precise legal counsel regarding Wills, Trusts, Equity Release, and related areas.
  • Achieve billing objectives and engage in marketing initiatives for the firm.
  • Establish an effective diary management system with the assistance of a secretary.
  • Adhere to the firm's protocols for file management and casework.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring support from your secretary.
  • Facilitate the flow of information within the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
  • Experience in private practice.
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-driven with proficiency in IT, particularly in Case Management systems.
