We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Construction Project Manager to join our team at Pertemps Birmingham Industrial. As a Graduate Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate and lead project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring value for money
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
- RICS accredited degree and membership of, or working towards, a Construction-based subscription
- Experience in delivering projects in the Logistics and Hotel / Leisure sectors
- Self-motivated, with your own transport, willing to travel nationwide
- Competitive starting salary of 30K per annum
- Flexible start / finish times, with opportunities for remote working
- 25 working days holiday per year, plus discretionary days at Christmas
- Non-contributory staff health scheme eligibility after probation period
- Life insurance scheme providing a death in service benefit
