ROLE OVERVIEW

This position is crucial to our operations, focusing on the collection of funds from a segment of the accounts receivable ledger valued at £30 million. The role involves consistent communication with assigned customers to foster and maintain strong professional relationships. The successful candidate will be tasked with achieving cash collection targets and managing aged debts efficiently while resolving any queries promptly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage in regular communication with customers via phone to secure payment commitments.

  • Prioritize customer interactions based on the ledger portfolio, considering factors such as debt age, value, and associated risks.

  • Maintain accurate customer master data.

  • Manage unallocated cash in accordance with established targets.
