As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a secure clinical environment for all patients, their families, visitors, and staff members.
Adhering to the Trust's core values and expected behaviors, you will deliver exceptional care in partnership with the multidisciplinary team.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring that care, assessments, treatments, and documentation align with national guidelines, while also advocating for patients, their families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver personalized services that cater to individual needs, demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness.
- Document and assess all care provided.

- Complete intravenous drug administration training within six months of starting, following successful completion of Trust training and assessment.
