Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Co-ordinator to join our team at Chip. As a Compliance Co-ordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our financial promotions are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review financial promotions to ensure they are fair, clear, and not misleading.
  • Provide education and training to the business to promote continuous improvement.
  • Work with regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate submission of reports.
  • Build strong relationships with business teams to deliver a collaborative working environment.
  • Conduct monitoring and assurance reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Good experience of financial promotions signoff.
  • Deep understanding of the Financial Services regulatory framework in the UK.
  • Working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to compliance and financial services.
  • Previous experience in a financial services compliance role, particularly in Payment Services and Investments.
  • Compliance qualification (desirable).
