Job Title: Senior Paediatric Audiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paediatric Audiologist to join our dynamic team at The British Academy of Audiology. As a key member of our audiology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to children and their families, while also contributing to the development and implementation of our paediatric audiology services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and provide hearing rehabilitation services to children of all ages, including those with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize hearing outcomes for children.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educational staff and parents, to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes for children.
  • Participate in clinical research and service development projects to advance the field of paediatric audiology.
  • Provide education and training to junior staff members and students on clinical placements.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Audiology or equivalent.
  • Substantial experience in clinical audiology, with a focus on paediatric audiology.
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
