About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team at INSHUR. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with the customer operations team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and support efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software
