We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Vehicle Progressor / Coordinator to join our team at Jago Consultants in Slough, Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and collect vehicles for delivery, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless vehicle delivery.
  • Liaise with the workshop to authorize remedial work and resolve any outstanding issues, ensuring vehicles are delivered on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Manage the valeting diary, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect and approve vehicles prior to delivery, highlighting any issues for immediate rectification.
  • Liaise with sales administration to progress special requests, such as cherished plate transfers or specific registration numbers.
About You:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of vehicle preparation and delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Full driving license and a professional appearance.
