Service Charge Accountant Role

Join our team at FirstPort, the UK's leading property management company, and contribute to our vision of being the leading residential property manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate financial statements and records to the new incoming agent
  • Arrange interim payment to the new agent
  • Carry out the necessary transactions to ensure a smooth accounting process for the closing accounts
  • Resolve issues on the closing financial reconciliation and ensure a quality service is provided to customers/clients
  • Take full responsibility for your own development and contribute positively and effectively to the team through creative ideas, tested processes or feedback from colleagues/external parties

About the Role:

As a Service Charge Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial statements and records to the new incoming agent. You will also arrange interim payment to the new agent and carry out the necessary transactions to ensure a smooth accounting process for the closing accounts.
