This position requires collaboration with various teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to uphold the highest quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.


Primary Responsibilities:

Quality Control:
Develop and implement quality control measures and protocols to guarantee that all products adhere to industry benchmarks and client specifications.

Testing and Evaluation:

Supervise and perform evaluations and testing of aerospace components, such as engine casings, nacelle beams, and engine mounts, to confirm adherence to established specifications.


Non-Conformance Oversight:
Detect, document, and address non-conformance issues, collaborating with production teams to enact corrective measures and prevent future occurrences.

Process Improvement:
Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement within the quality department, concentrating on enhancing product quality, streamlining processes, and minimizing waste.

Documentation and Analysis:
Ensure meticulous and current documentation, including inspection reports, quality records, and audit results. Provide regular updates on quality metrics to management.

Essential Qualifications:

Experience:

Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance methodologies, inspection techniques, and industry standards, including AS9100.

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical abilities, with a talent for identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.

Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding the highest quality standards.

Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and engaging with customers.
