The Royal Oak is a prestigious establishment seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the facilities team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our properties.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the longevity and efficiency of our facilities.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, grounds maintenance, and minor repairs.
- Manage our linen store and stock, ensuring efficient inventory control and minimal waste.
- Assist the housekeeping team during periods of high demand, providing support with room changeovers and general cleaning tasks.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintenance and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not essential.
