About the Role
Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a skilled Midwife to join our team on a bank basis. As a Midwife, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care for clients in all areas of Maternity service.
- Ensure the provision of the highest standards of care, reflecting the quality standards and the Trust mission.
- Practice clinical skills, through experience and on completion of Midwifery Skills Competencies. Act as a mentor for less experienced Midwives and other staff.
