About the Role:
The Dove Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join their team in a Sales Administrator role. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the sales team, maintaining and updating the CRM database, and processing customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning the product range and staying up-to-date with new products and services
- Providing support and assistance to the sales team as required, including answering customer enquiries and resolving issues
- Maintaining and updating the CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Processing customer enquiries regarding despatch dates, pricing, and technical enquiries
- Touching base with clients after new marketing campaigns are rolled out to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proactively targeting both new and existing accounts to drive sales growth
- Upselling products where possible to increase revenue
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office suite
- Sage and CRM use is a distinct advantage
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
