About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pump Engineer - Fire Suppression Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our fire suppression team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer experiences through the service and installation of Fire Pump equipment for our diverse range of customers in the commercial, industrial, public sector, and blue-chip arenas.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, repairs, fault finding, and installation of Fire Pump equipment across various fields, including Fire Pumps, Diesel Engines, Electric Motors, Control Panels, Generator Sets, Submersible Pumps, and Booster Pumps.
- Experience in one or more of the above fields is desired but not essential.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promoting health and safety actively and exceeding customer expectations in relation to our delivery.
- Work collaboratively within a team with diverse individual skill sets to achieve common goals.
Requirements
- Flexible and motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Well-presented, phone and tablet literate, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- A full driving license and ability to work within a team environment.
