About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team at Mace, a leading international construction and infrastructure company. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Manage and coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
Requirements
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
