Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee a new traditional build development project. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to advance their career within a dynamic and expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining project schedules.
- Facilitating subcontractor meetings to resolve issues and provide site updates.
- Offering clear guidance to the on-site construction team regarding their roles and objectives.
- Managing daily operations from the ground up to project completion, including critical paths for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Ensuring quality control throughout the construction process.
- Coordinating internal and external inspections to ensure compliance.
- Overseeing NHBC stage inspections.
- Demonstrating previous experience in residential projects or with main contractors.
Qualifications:
- SMSTS certification.
- CSCS card (Black).
Compensation: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
