Job Description


**About the Role**

Calibre is seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team in Lancashire and surrounding areas. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial gas systems.


**Key Responsibilities**

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial gas systems, including boilers, pipework, and appliances.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other engineers and support staff to achieve team goals and objectives.


**What We Offer**

As a Commercial Gas Engineer with Calibre, you will enjoy a competitive salary, paid travel time, overtime, call out, 33 days holiday, pension, and excellent benefits, including private health care and life insurance.


**Working Hours and Standby**

You will work 45 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with a 1 in 4 standby/call out rota.


**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in commercial gas engineering.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and skills, including gas safety and regulations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
