Working Pattern

Part-time: 25 hours per week, term time plus 3 Professional Development days.

Contract Type

Fixed-term: 12 months.

Pay Scale

Grade 7: £14.91 per hour.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • GCSEs at C or above (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and Science.
  • Skills and Experience
    • Demonstrable relevant skills in the relevant area or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
    • Experience in family support, youth work, or social work.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Good IT skills, including accurate recording.
    • Familiarity with using recording systems, such as Liquid Logic.
    • Good time management.
    • Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    • Enthusiasm and motivation to contribute to the development of an integrated multi-agency early help community.
    • Good communication skills and ability to relate well to children, staff, and parents.
    • Evidence of working well as part of a team.
    • Ability to bring initiative, enthusiasm, and commitment to the role.
    • Flexibility and reliability.
