Job Title: Senior Compliance Monitoring Manager

Giacom is a leading provider of technology solutions, connecting resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms, and Cloud products and services. We are seeking a Senior Compliance Monitoring Manager to lead our regulatory compliance efforts globally.

About the Role

This is a hybrid working role, requiring some travel to our offices in the UK. As part of our Enterprise Risk and Compliance Team, you will be responsible for setting compliance requirements, coaching and advising the first line, and providing compliance monitoring and assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Giacom's policy framework
  • Provide compliance advice and support to ensure regulatory and legal compliance
  • Conduct compliance horizon scanning to prepare for new requirements
  • Manage regulatory monitoring and assurance, including TMBS reporting
  • Lead training and communications for regulatory compliance globally
  • Support Enterprise Risk Management for Compliance 'Principal Risk Categories'
  • Coordinate policy writing, procedures, and guidance
  • Produce regulatory compliance reporting for the Risk and Assurance Committee
  • Oversee the whistleblower facility and support breach investigations/reporting
  • Line management of two Compliance Coordinators
Requirements
  • Experience in a comparable compliance role
  • Demonstrable experience with TMBS is highly desirable
  • Qualifications in Compliance (e.g. ICA certificates/diplomas)
  • ISO27001 knowledge
  • Degree qualified, or qualified by experience
  • ISO27001 Lead Auditor qualification is desirable
