Job Summary:

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring that all properties are compliant and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Liaison: Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Tenancy Management: Manage the full tenancy process, including deposit handling, reference checks, move-ins, renewals, and check-outs.
  • Property Compliance: Ensure all properties are compliant with relevant regulations, including EPC, EICR, and Gas Safety.
  • Contractor Management: Liaise with contractors to ensure day-to-day maintenance and reactive works are carried out efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential property management, preferably with a focus on AST portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
