This is an exciting opportunity to join DX Group as a Transport Compliance Manager, where you will play a key role in ensuring the compliance of operator licence and the inspection, repair and maintenance of the vehicle fleet.
As a Transport Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the fleet compliance for the depot, managing vehicle service planning in line with company policy, and ensuring all inspections, checks, tachograph calibration checks and RFL are carried out on time and in line with company policy.
Key Responsibilities- Fleet Compliance Management: Responsible for managing the fleet compliance for the depot, ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Vehicle Service Planning: Manage vehicle service planning in line with company policy, ensuring all vehicles are serviced and maintained in a timely manner.
- Inspections and Checks: Ensure all inspections, checks, tachograph calibration checks and RFL are carried out on time and in line with company policy.
- Driver Licence Checks: Carry out driver licence checks for PAYE/Agency and sub-contractor drivers in line with company policy.
- Pre-use and End of Use Checks: Ensure all pre-use and end of use checks are being carried out by all drivers and the information is recorded in line with company policy.
- Sub-contractor Reviews: Complete sub-contractor reviews to ensure compliance with company policy.
