Job Title: Commercial Analyst/Procurement Officer
Location: London
Contract Duration: Initial 6 months
IR35 Status: Inside

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee processes and tools to facilitate compliance activities.
  • Produce and validate findings and requirements, gather and evaluate provider responses, and escalate issues as necessary, while working closely with business and commercial teams.
  • Evaluate and report on provider performance against contractual KPIs for any month where performance metrics have not been established, utilizing our Findings Log and other relevant data sources.
  • Review provider data reporting and assess our access to their systems in relation to contractual obligations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of public sector commercial agreements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes and supplier chain services, including Key Performance Indicators.
  • Proficient in analyzing various data sources and systems to evaluate compliance with existing contracts.
  • Capable of conducting formal discussions with providers regarding service delivery.
  • Ability to formulate proposals for escalating contract default procedures for identified issues.
  • Manage the dispute resolution process to ensure a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Identify necessary KPI adjustments and effectively communicate these to the Assurance Senior Management Team.
