About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Depot Manager to lead our Service Centre team and drive excellence in customer satisfaction and workshop operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the workshop, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Your key duties will include:
- Supporting the management of the Service Centre team to maximize performance and achieve business objectives
- Ensuring compliance with our contract administration procedures and maintaining accurate records
- Motivating and developing the team to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensuring all work and processes are carried out in line with Health and Safety guidelines and regulations
- Delivering exceptional customer care and service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
About You
To succeed as a Depot Manager, you'll bring a strong track record of managing and developing teams, experience in workshop operations, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You'll be IT literate, organized, and able to work within a set budget to achieve targets.
