Role Summary

We are seeking a proficient Systems Analyst to undertake a contract role focused on delivering essential support services to users. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing service desk inquiries and contributing to the enhancement of the company's systems architecture.

Key Duties

  1. Deliver support services to users both in-office and remotely.
  2. Assist in the upkeep and advancement of the organization’s systems infrastructure.
  3. Manage hardware and software troubleshooting tasks.
  4. Oversee the service desk queue, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  5. Support the maintenance of automated deployment frameworks.
  6. Keep precise records of service desk activities.
  7. Propose strategies to enhance operational efficiency and minimize expenses.
  8. Engage effectively with stakeholders, including the preparation of reports and documentation.
  9. Travel to various company locations as necessary.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Expertise in Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Comprehensive understanding of software, hardware, peripherals, and mobile device support.
  • Experience with software deployment tools (e.g., Intune) and cloud-based systems.
  • Ability to simplify complex issues for diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Creative, analytical, and confident in approach.

This position is initially for a 3-month period, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role for the right candidate.
