Job Summary:

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems in a government contract setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the contractual obligations are met by efficiently meeting all relevant KPI and SLA requirements.
  • Perform regular electrical Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, utilizing other skills as required.
  • Carry out maintenance and repairs on Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
  • Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems.
  • Perform PAT testing and general building maintenance tasks.
  • Assess helpdesk requests and carry out repairs as necessary.

Package:

  • Basic salary of up to £39,000.
  • Overtime available.
  • Call-out 1 in 6.
  • In-house training.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical or equivalent qualification.
  • Testing and Inspection 2391 certification.
  • 17th or 18th Edition certification.
  • Ability to pass security clearance.
  • Good knowledge of electrical services.
  • Sound level of administration and organizational skills.
  • General building maintenance experience.
  • Multi-skilled.
  • Ability to work overtime when required.
  • Mechanical experience desirable.
