As a Hotel Nights Security team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests overnight throughout their stay at Butlin's. This role requires a combination of customer service skills and security knowledge to deal with a wide range of challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of internal and external areas of the hotel to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to any issues or concerns they may have.
- Work collaboratively with the wider night time Resort Safety team to ensure the safety and security of the resort.
- Carry out first aid assistance to team members and guests as needed.
We are looking for a team member who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a hands-on approach to work. You should be able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude. An SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential for this role.
