Advanced Practitioner

Main Duties- Practice autonomously without direct supervision across the four pillars of advanced practice: clinical practice, leadership and management, education, and research.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients requiring clinical services.
- Recognize the need for and initiate relevant diagnostic investigations.
- Recognize the need for and initiate advice from relevant specialisms.
- Exhibit excellent nonverbal and verbal communication skills when dealing with patients and carers.

What We Offer- Competitive salary: £59,226 - £69,006 (Band 30% evening enhancements, 45% weekend enhancements, pro rata/per annum)
- Generous annual leave entitlement: standard 25 days + 8 bank holidays, increasing with service up to 33 days + 8 bank holidays, pro rata/per annum

- Registered Adult Nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), Paramedic registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), or Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Minimum of 2 modules at Level 7, including Minor Illness & Minor Injury
- Capability to conduct a concise clinical history and physical examination
- Ability to formulate a differential diagnosis management plan
- Effective communication abilities in clinical settings, strong verbal and written skills, and proficiency in computer usage
- Strong negotiation skills and critical thinking techniques
- Thorough awareness of contemporary frameworks and advancements in out-of-hours care, as well as specialized clinical/technical skills in health and social care
- Motivation, passion, positivity, resilience, and a determination to provide outstanding patient care
- Right to work in the UK
