Job Title: Head Coach

Job Summary:

Frasers Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to lead our fitness team. As a Head Coach, you will be responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience to our members, mentoring the team, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Frasers Group as an ambassador for fitness and wellness
  • Lead national focuses and incentives, such as #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges/events
  • Advocate for our member onboarding program, MOVE, and deliver and lead by example in this area
  • Own the REDEFINE product, driving cohort sales and high levels of engagement throughout the program
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers
  • Grow and optimize member engagement within your community
  • Delivery of own on-shift classes as per gym guidelines
  • Drive new member sales and retaining existing members to grow live member movement
  • Support the wider team by driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary to drive profitability of the gym
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member-facing role designed to enhance every visit

Qualifications:

  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
  • CIMSPA Practitioner level certification
  • Strong leadership qualities and a passion for coaching others
  • Experienced delivery of a variety of group training modalities
  • Keep up to date with the most relevant fitness trends within the industry
  • Adaptability in communication and management style to motivate and inspire the team
  • A positive, solutions-driven mindset in the face of adversity
  • A member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviors and competencies specific to the role
