About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic clinician to lead our Integrated Musculoskeletal Services (IMSK) across North Cumbria. As the Head of IMSK, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, utilising innovation to evaluate, develop, implement and analyse working practices within the IMSK service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and governance for Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) in North Cumbria.
  • Lead on workforce development, with an emphasis on recruitment, retention and role development.
  • Develop research and education within the profession and with academic partners.
  • Lead on developing a clinically led, fully integrated end-to-end MSK pathway.
