Join the esteemed Policy and Evaluation Unit at Elizabeth Norman International as a Senior Evaluation Consultant. This position has arisen due to the unit's expansion and the increasing demand for experienced professionals in the field of research and evaluation.
This role is integral to the Policy and Evaluation Unit, which collaborates with public sector organizations to deliver comprehensive evidence regarding the efficacy of public policies and programs. The team provides strategic recommendations aimed at refining policy priorities and enhancing implementation. With a notable increase in international engagements, the focus is now on expanding operations within the EU evaluation sector.
The unit is actively securing and executing a diverse range of evaluation and impact assessment projects for various EU institutions, covering areas such as environmental policy, economic development, legal frameworks, health and safety regulations, food standards, and more. This presents a unique opportunity to engage in a multifaceted role centered on EU markets.
We are seeking a mixed-methods research specialist with a robust background in EU evaluations to contribute to our growing portfolio.
In this capacity, you will oversee the execution and management of projects for EU clients, including the design and application of research and impact assessment methodologies. This position involves direct interaction with clients at the European Commission and other relevant institutions.
This hands-on research role requires you to develop methodologies and research instruments (such as surveys and discussion frameworks) while managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle—from evaluation design to data collection and analysis, culminating in the formulation of conclusions and actionable recommendations.
