Position Overview

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our mission is to simplify the way men dress well, and this is made possible through our dedicated teams.

We are currently seeking a Supervisor to collaborate with the team in our Bristol location.

This role encompasses a 40-hour work week, and candidates should be prepared to work during weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

The Supervisor position plays a vital role in the leadership framework of the store, with the primary goal of coaching and inspiring the sales team to surpass targets, optimize KPIs, and provide exceptional customer service.

This will be achieved by fostering a professional and enjoyable store atmosphere, promoting a winning attitude in service and sales, while also advocating for colleague engagement and leading by example.

The Supervisor will possess expertise in CT products, customer service, and sales techniques, and will be responsible for training the sales team and encouraging the use of training resources to help them reach their full potential.


Additionally, the Supervisor will assist in managing various operational, compliance, and administrative tasks to ensure the store operates smoothly, adhering to company policies, health and safety regulations, and security protocols.


Candidate Profile
This position specifically requires candidates with prior experience in a retail role at a Supervisor or Key Holder level.
