Catering Operations Manager
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Catering Operations Manager to lead the catering and events team at a prestigious leisure business and racecourse in Royal Berkshire. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of catering and events, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and motivate a team of catering and events staff to deliver high-quality services and events
* Develop and implement catering and events strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction
* Monitor and control costs to achieve profitability targets
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

**Requirements**
* Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff
* Proficient in IT in Word and Excel
* Good communication skills
* 2 years in experience in similar catering and events manager position
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Advance knowledge of food principles and practices
