We are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to join our team at Linsco Ltd. as a Permanent Works Design Coordinator.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a design team, including specialist designers and consultants, to deliver high-quality design solutions for our clients. This will involve visiting and presenting to key clients, preparing design documents, reports, briefs, and high-level management plans, and ensuring compliance with design requirements and buildability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a design team to deliver design solutions for clients
  • Visit and present to key clients to discuss design ideas and solutions
  • Prepare design documents, reports, briefs, and high-level management plans
  • Ensure compliance with design requirements and buildability
  • Develop and manage design programmes to meet client needs
Requirements:
  • Strong programming software skills
  • Engineering background with experience at Senior Engineer, Site Agent, or Site Manager level
  • Good understanding of accepted design procedures and processes, guidance, codes, and standards, and construction specifications
  • Ability to support and manage other design professionals to ensure timely solutions and delivery
