**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Menswear Designer to join our design team at Success Talent. As a leading streetwear brand, we draw inspiration from the UK's urban scene and musical influences.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Lead a team of junior designers and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs.
• Present and lead brand meetings with buying teams, effectively communicating design concepts and strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external buying teams, responding to day-to-day requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Analyze sales reports and track company performance, reacting to orders and client trade information to inform design decisions.
• Conduct trend analysis, design presentations, and competitor reports to advise on future trends and key product direction.
• Identify market gaps and develop brand strategies to present to directors, driving business growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with the design team to internally sign off ranges, ensuring consistency and quality across all products.
• Travel internationally for product development, sourcing, and inspirational trips to build strong relationships with suppliers and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Work closely with the design director to review product ranges and samples, highlighting areas for improvement and driving design excellence.
