Spire Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Scrub Nurse to enhance our dynamic Theatre team. We prioritize the growth of our dedicated staff and provide extensive training and development opportunities.
Our facility boasts multiple operating theatres that cater to a diverse array of specializations and surgical procedures, including but not limited to cardiac, orthopaedic, spinal, general, vascular, gynaecological, and paediatric surgeries. You will collaborate with leading consultants in the field, allowing you to broaden your professional expertise.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating patients' health and well-being within a complex caseload, ensuring the delivery of tailored care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care and preparing for surgical procedures.
- Assisting in the efficient operation of the theatre environment.
- Promoting best practices and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
- Collecting and organizing patient data to facilitate informed decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Registered Practitioner with valid NMC or HCPC registration.
- Proven experience in orthopaedic procedures.
- At least 2 years of scrub experience in a surgical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team collaboration abilities.
