Applications are welcomed from administrators, case managers, and junior paraplanners currently working within financial services, who are looking for a mature working environment and the opportunity to develop a rewarding career to DipFS status.

• Strong previous administration background

• Excellent organisational skills

• Ability to self-manage their day

• Self-starter

• Works well to deadlines

• Ability to track work and provide chasers to ensure work is completed efficiently in a timely manner

• Telephone skills, both incoming and outgoing

• Works well under pressure and able to reorganise their day to meet urgent requests from the team

• Works well in a team as well as on their own

• Takes initiative when completing tasks

• Willing to learn new skills and develop more complex financial administration skills over a 12-18 month period

• Report writing and research

Responsibilities

• Issuing reports and letters, completed by the team to clients.

• Completing application forms on behalf of clients.

• Issuing forms to clients and sending completed forms to providers.
