As a Reception Supervisor at Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, you will be responsible for supervising the front of house team to ensure a warm and friendly welcome for guests. You will be the point of contact for all hotel guests and deal with all situations in a polite and courteous manner.
