About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Design Engineer to join our team at Solutions Driven. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge laser systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design electronic circuits and assemblies from concept to production release and maintenance.
  • Debugging and Validation: Debug, simulate, and validate electronic and system designs to ensure high-quality products.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Test and report results to the development team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design data sets and user manuals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and support.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or computer science, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in board-level design and mixed-signal electronics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in microcontroller/mixed digital/analogue electronic circuit design, Schematics Capture, and PCB Design Tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent debugging skills, good communication skills, and the ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
Desirable Skills
  • Laser Industry Experience: Experience working in the laser industry or with laser-based systems.
  • Prototyping and Soldering: Practical experience in prototyping and soldering with SMT components.
