Sourcing Excellence Lead – UK
As a key member of the Global Sourcing Excellence Organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving Sourcing Excellence initiatives and projects within the UK. Your focus will be on analyzing existing sourcing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, with a strong emphasis on supply chain and procurement inefficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing sourcing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a set of reports on sourcing performance across all clients, ensuring that these are understood and used globally by all relevant members of the sourcing community.
- Collaborate with Regional Management teams, including Supply Chain and Procurement Leads, to address deficiencies in sourcing practices and develop change management strategies to support the successful implementation of new processes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of sourcing and procurement processes and regularly report on process performance to Global Sourcing Excellence leadership.
- Provide training and support to sourcing and procurement teams on new processes, tools, and prompt engineering techniques, including onboarding sessions for new sourcers and procurement specialists.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with sourcing activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and client standards, and ensure that sourcing and procurement teams adhere to the company's internal controls and standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in Project Management with a strong focus on processes and tools.
- Expertise in prompt engineering and the application of AI-driven tools to enhance sourcing and procurement processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly within supply chain, procurement, reporting, and IT.
