Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support the learning of pupils in our primary school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the teacher in planning, preparing and delivering lessons to pupils
- Assist pupils with their learning, including those with special educational needs
- Develop effective relationships with pupils, teachers and other staff members
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school's policies and procedures
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in education or a related field
- Excellent communication and ICT skills
- Ability to develop effective relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Ability to follow teachers' plans and instructions
- Experience of working as a classroom or teaching assistant in a primary school environment
