About the Role:

The Deputy Director of English will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our English language programs, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. This will involve working closely with our faculty, staff, and external partners to design and deliver programs that meet the needs of our students and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement English language programs that align with the college's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to design and deliver programs that meet the needs of our students.
  • Oversee the recruitment and training of English language instructors and staff.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote the college's English language programs.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in English language program management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
