The Geospatial Information Specialist will be responsible for validating, databasing, and archiving bathymetric data, ensuring it meets set standards before incorporation into CARIS BathyDataBASE. This role requires attention to detail, experience with relevant software, and excellent communication skills.

• Validate incoming bathymetric datasets and produce outputs for archiving and databasing.
• Analyze and complete routine resurvey analysis reports.
• Process and validate surveys using CARIS HIPs and SIPs, CARIS BASE Editor, and Qimera.
• Upload survey data to CARIS BathyDataBASE for use in UKHO products and services.
• Archive survey data and maintain records.

• Experience with geospatial software and data management principles.
• Ability to communicate complex processes to stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
