Quantity Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our retail and interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze costs for tenders and contracts
  • Value completed work on site and certify payments
  • Conduct value engineering and estimate cost variations
  • Prepare cost reports and cash flows
  • Complete final accounts and prepare Bill of Quantities
Requirements:
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ambitious and keen to develop professionally
  • Experience in the roles of a Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong problem-solving skills and methodical approach to tasks
  • Background in cost estimating is desirable
  • Within commutable distance to Gloucester and possess a full driving license
