We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Account Director to join our dynamic team at Zealous Agency in Manchester. As a key member of our communications and PR team, you will be responsible for leading social media strategies and campaigns that drive exceptional results and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success in leading campaigns across various industries. You will be a strong leader, able to inspire and motivate a team of strategists, content creators, and analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure campaign success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for social media inquiries.
  • Oversee campaign implementation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on strategy and campaign management.
  • Proven success in leading social media campaigns across various industries.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and industry trends.
