Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst the legal experts and progress your career.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of Court of Protection and Private Client matters, including drafting Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and dealing with Trust and Estate Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume caseload of Court of Protection and Private Client matters
- Draft and review complex legal documents, including Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Provide exceptional client service, including in-person and remote consultations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content related to Private Client work
Requirements:
- At least 2 years PQE experience in dealing with Court of Protection matters, probate, wills, trusts, and services for the elderly
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage a high caseload
