About Us: The Mole Resort is a brand new resort set in 120 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, offering delicious food and drink and a range of exciting activities.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Accommodation Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Accommodation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of our letting units and making sure they are ready on time, equipped accordingly. You will also be responsible for engaging, training, and developing your team.
Key Responsibilities:- Organise and schedule the team to ensure guest accommodation and public areas are presented to the highest standard.
- Implement operating procedures to facilitate an efficient service to the business and our guests.
- Co-ordinate training and development of the team, managing performance in line with operating standards.
- Be aware of and manage your financial responsibilities with regards to costs and budgets.
- Maintain fire procedures and operate in a fire-safe fashion.
- Effectively communicate with other departments, displaying positive teamwork.
- Ensure equipment and materials are safe to use.
- Attend and complete any training as required.
